Numeracy

Numeracy is a critical aspect of a well-rounded education, and KOBE’s Numeracy lead is committed to enhancing the mathematical proficiency of our students and families.

We provide essential classroom support, including small group instruction, implementing the three-part lesson, scope and sequence planning, and EQAO preparation. Our aim is to empower teachers and families to foster numeracy skills, improve achievement levels, and ensure that a higher percentage of students meet grade-level expectations in this vital area.

Literacy

The Literacy lead at KOBE collaborates closely with educators and families to provide classroom support and elevate literacy skills among our students.

Speech and Language

The Speech and Language team at KOBE specializes in supporting students who face communication difficulties.

SERT

KOBE’s Special Education Resource Teachers (SERTs) play a pivotal role in ensuring that students with special education needs receive the vital support they require.

EPP

Our Education Partnership Program (EPP) Liaison is committed to supporting KO First Nation students attending provincially funded schools and private First Nations schools.

Tutor

KOBE offers tutoring services designed to enhance student learning. Our skilled tutors provide one-on-one or small group support, helping students grasp challenging concepts, build confidence, and excel academically.
